It's not memory foam, and I like it as is, soft and is comfortable. Memory foam has some benefits, but sometimes a pillow that conforms around your head and neck is more suitable. These two pillows are just that.
I bought these small pillows to use after surgery and under my seatbelt when traveling in the car. I also used them in bed to add comfort when positioning my arms after breast surgery. They arrived flat in the packaging but fluffed up quickly in less than a minute in the dryer on low setting. After a month of constant use they are still soft and fluffy. Great quality but I would recommend using pillow case covers on them to keep them clean.
They might get bunched up but they go back to the original shape easily
