5 Rest.

  Some people prefer cold compresses on the forehead and neck, which works for many people, while others prefer hot compresses on the neck or a hot bath. When the headache attack you can use a hot or cold pack to cover the forehead and massage the blood vessels in the temples to relieve the headache. This can stretch the blood vessels and relieve the pressure on the brain from nervous tension, which is very effective for tension headaches. Is the hot towel or hand warmer or something like a hot compress on the forehead, temples, or directly on the headache area, can quickly play a headache relief effect.

7 Release stress

  Learn to relax and look at things around you, which can also reduce the chances of migraine attacks. If you are indoors and have a headache, you can walk outside to get some fresh air and relax your body and mind. Or take a hot bath can be a relief.

8 Hot water dipping hands

  When migraine attacks, you can submerge your hands in a pot of hot water, the temperature of the water is as hot as your hands can tolerate after entering the water, and insist on dipping for about half an hour to make the blood vessels in your hands dilate and the blood in your brain decrease accordingly, so that the migraine can be gradually reduced.

9 Take painkillers
